Dear!

Here you are. I am so happy that you made it! You came to the other side! Strong! Maybe you don't trust me, but you, you are a rockstar. First of all I would like to give you a hug. You are totally awesome the way you are and no, you are not fat, not disgusting, not stupid, ugly or in any other way not worthy of love! And that's for sure! 

I know that you don't feel that way right now but you know what, no one should ever go trough this experience. Ever. Maybe you are wondering some time: why you? The answer is: I don't know. But what I know is that you can start over whenever you want to. So you can fly again. Here is some things you can do or think about, right now. 

  1. The things people did to you is not ok. It was inhuman and against every law in the world. It can give many years in prison. 

  2. It was never your fault! I know that you do not believe me now, but you have to trust me! 

  3. Do yoga. Right now! And also begin to meditate. Find a good teacher and heal yourself. Balance mindfulness with some crazy weight exercise. You are going to see the difference quickly. A really good book that you can use is Yoga for Emotional Trauma: Meditations and Practices for Healing Pain and Suffering by Mary &Rick NurrieStearns 

  4. IT IS OK TO CRY!

  5. Start to go to therapy. Talk with somebody. To give the words away helps a lot. You don't have to carry it by yourself. 

  6. Read this book: The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma by Bessel van der Kolk, M.D 

  7. Go out in nature! Nature is an amazing healing place. If you can not go outside, bring the nature inside. Tips here.  

  8. Be with people who makes you feel good and copy them! 

  9. Do more art. Art heals your heart and gives you permission to be who you are. Do it for yourself. Here is a good book you can follow: The Artist's way by Julia Cameron

  10. Take care of others. Give them love. Love comes back to you. Volunteer. 

  11. Find your boundaries. Superimportant. Here can you find out how.

  12. Look at the mirror every day and say: I love you! Louise Hay: Mirror work can help you in that work.
