Donald Trump's Ayurvedic prognos and how he would balance it...
I am a yoga teacher and one of the members of your country. I was born in Hungary (Central Europe) and lived in Sweden (Northern Europe.) I love being in your country but I am worried. Just so you know, I heard a lot about you and your work and I have to tell you, it is not going so well. So I want to give you some advice from an Ayurvedic perspective, because I suspect you have some kind of unbalance in your dosas. Don't worry, we can work on it, and after our work not just you and your family - but also the world - can benefit from it.
So, Ayurveda is a system of medicine with roots from India. The word Ayurveda means life-knowledge. I don't want to bother you with a history about it, I just want to use your own worlds: it is an ‘extremely credible source’. In Ayurveda, the following five elements are found in all living things, ether, air, fire, water, and earth. Those are the building blocks of life. Between these elements there is space holding everything together. The thing that makes it live is your breath.
This foundation unites all humans and living things, and the manifestation of those elements through the dosas is what gives rise to our differences. There are three dosas in different proportions in us, and that is what makes each of us unique. The three doshas are: pitta, vata and kapha.
I think that your pitta is unbalanced. Pitta stands for fire and intensity. It is ok, I am also pitta but when it comes to unbalances you can feel more anger, aggression, hate, competitiveness, comparison, judgement and criticism.
It aslo affects your digestion, absorption, & assimilation, metabolism, maintenance of body temperature, appetite & thirst, coloration, visual perception and also cognition, reasoning, & understanding. If you just think about it - you put on some weight lately, you don't really understand what other people tell you, and to be honest, you are quite aggressive too.

Find a yoga practise on youtube to balance your pitta. Or if you want, I can talk with Mona Anand and she can help you too. She is amazing!
Do Abhyanga 3-4 times a week using a coconut, sunflower, or a Pitta-balancing oil, such as the Soothing Abhy Oil. Massage in that oil all over your body and leave it on 27 minutes. Then take shower and enjoy! Here is an video how to do it.
And remember, you are not who you think you are. It is just your ego talking. If you find your inner light, which I think you have, you can find piece and harmony. That is your job as a president of the United Stades of America. Change your history and also the history of the World.
