3 things that you are grateful about (anything!!! even small things count)
What can make your day good (what can you do to this to happen)
One affirmation that you want to use for the day (You can find some tips here..)
Every evening before you go to sleep:
3 things that was amazing today (or what you actually liked and enjoyed, something that you are proud about)
How could you do your day even better (staff that you made that you are not so happy about that you could do better)
Try and enjoy!
