Butterfly

Butterfly

This night I was dreaming about butterflies. Amazing, big and beautiful butterflies. One of them was talking to me. I asked, how old are you? And she answered with an angel-like voice: you know that already- 1 year.

What was that about? Every time I am dreaming something that I can remember when I wake up in the morning, I try to understand. I search on-line and think about my mom who taught me to pay attention to my dreams when I was a child. She believed in the meaning of our dreams, but never in God or humans or in herself.

Here is the answer: "The most common connection to a butterfly symbol is transformation. Ask yourself where you are going and where you have come from. What changes do you want to make in your life? Do you believe that you have to destroy the past to create something new? A butterfly in a dream may indicate that it is time for introspection and silence so you can evaluate a situation in your life."

My transformation has been going on now for the past two years. From the very beginning it was more like a death. I remember during that first time that I found an image of the Phoenix bird. In Greek mythology, a phoenix is a long-lived bird that is cyclically regenerated or reborn. I was amazed at the power and the message that it brings to me. Hell, yes! It is not a death, it is a new beginning, I thought, and believed.

So here I am, two years later from the caterpillar-like deep cocoon stage to the very first light through my wavy silky threads. Rebirth.

Why not now? Let's start and see what it brings to me in about a year! If we can decide that today is the day we will take our destiny into our hands, we can discover that we are holding the key of fate.

How can you lose weight? Breath it out.
