Yoga when you have anxiety..

Do you have anxiety? You are not alone! The first time I hade that feeling I thought I was going to die. For real. Than I took my mat, because I couldn’t even go outside and I started with the first yin yoga practice that I found on Youtube. I am going to share this here because it safed my life. Thank you Jennifer Raye for that!!

You can find tons of stuff on Youtube but she is natural, calming and don’t overdo anything. And her voice-It is amazing-and when I wasn’t crying rivers I could look at the water and listen to her voice.

So why Yin-Yoga? Because it removes the tension from your body. So yes, you can cry, and be hot or cold - that just tells you that you are doing very good!!! And please...I know how hard is to put yourself together…and how easy it is to make excuses to not continue…because you don’t fell the change after the first week. Not even after a month. The first really change comes after 12 weeks! But if you can do 21 days…that is some kind a shift. It is a magical number between “I laying in my bed, shaking and don’t want to meet the world outside” to “I can actually do things”. Every time you are able to take yourself to your mat or to your best carpet, is a success. Even if you don’t do a s…
