Mindful breath in the classroom

Before you even start, say to your class : PAUSE! That is going to be reminder that you have to move to your own inner space. 

This is a simple way to use mindfulness in your classroom. You can use it every day and both you and your pupils can benefit from that. If some children don't want to close their eyes, it is ok. You can show the pictures and do it with them.
