this is an easy sequence that use can in your classroom. The children don't need to sit on the floor. Every pose can be done seated on a char.
You can use music with these movements. Sound from nature or music without words.
Repeat the Sun Breaths 5-6 times. It takes some time before they can relax! When they are in child's pose I oftenly use that time to go around and clap them on their back. Especially the most active ones!!!
